What information can I get from a Company Register?
Company filings vary from country to country. While you may expect a Certificate of Good Standing in the US, this type of document is unknown in most European countries. The availability of certain register documents such as annual accounts may also depend on the legal form of a company. And in some countries electronic filings go back only a decade or two. But don't worry - kompany offers an easy to view list of available documents and filings before you order on the company profile page.
How about online availability?
Most company registers are accessible online 24/7, a few are available only during local office hours. Scheduled maintenance times and technical issues are further reasons why registers may temporarily be offline. This is nothing kompany can influence, however we make our best effort to keep the services available at your convenience, and keep you informed when searches or documents in a specific country or jurisdiction are not available.
What's the big deal about authoritative data?

How does the invoicing work?
Your SMART Enterprise plan includes access for 1 administrator and 10 team members (users). Each will have their own user account including a document download area, and the possibility to enter a cost centre code. Billing will be consolidated, with all user accounts in a single monthly bill, carrying the cost centre code to make accounting easy. You can add users any time for only $5 per month for each additional 10 team members. For 100 or more users, please contact us.
What fees will you charge me?
Searches are included in your plan, but for documents, extracts and filings, government fees are usually due, to which we add our service charge. For more details, please refer to our current list of Prices & Products.
