Update on Beneficial Owners Register Data Access for Czech Republic

As of December 17th  2025, the Register of Beneficial Owners – Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic (Evidence skutečných majitelů – Ministerstvo spravedlnosti České republiky) will disable public access to beneficial ownership data, in its efforts to transpose the 6^th EU AML package. Therefore, we are unable to continue providing the following products on KYC API v1, KYC API v2 as well as Cloud :

• Beneficial Owners data
• Beneficial Owners Check (ADDTRSMCZ)

We are currently investigating the regulatory landscape in the Czech Republic in terms of enabling access to the beneficial owners data for obliged entities.

Importantly, access to data from the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo spravedlnosti České republiky) as well as from the Register of Business Enterprises (Registr Živnostenského podnikání – RŽP) remains unaffected, ensuring continuity for other use cases.
